Scientists describe gratitude as the lubricant of the brain. When we are grateful we are automatically in a more positive, faithful and open attitude. Spend 5min of gratitude in the morning and in the evening. This practice has been making my life and the life of my clients so much better. The goal of this journal is to cultivate awareness for the good things in our lifes and makes us more resilient in difficult times.
