ABOUT

Hello and welcome to my page!

I’m Corinna, mindfulness business coach, new work consultant, (employee) wellbeing and biohacking expert and yoga teacher at heart. Before yoga and meditation have found me I found myself in professional careers in brand strategy, online marketing and business development until I opted out for opening new horizons in the business world in the fields of conscious productivity, personal growth & spiritual leadership.

My approach and methods are highly influenced by modern teachings on meditation, emotional intelligence and new narratives on productivity, motivation and purpose at work. Much more however they are based on my own (life) experiences in the corporate business world being an overachiever, perfectionist and very hard on myself that resulted in chronic stress and overall (dis)ease. We teach best what we most need(ed) to learn isn’t?

The only source of knowledge is experience – Albert Einstein.

Feeling more ease in our life, raising the energy and being able to dedicate it to the things that really matter is one of my greatest aims in my work with private and business clients. I am passionate about supporting people in our modern society in reaching their full-potential. Even little but potent changes in our daily routine and mindset can lead to a life more aware and balanced. My services span from meditation, breathwork and yoga classes, topical workshops and trainings over to in-person and team coaching sessions. Given my business & yoga background I love to merge mindfulness with business topics in corporate events and team workshops to boost focus, creativity, productivity and connection and to support vision-making. I am always open to add my ideas to your needs and eager to bring up new cutting-edge formats according to your particular goals.

MY CORPORATE STORY

With a Master’s degree in International Business and earlier careers in the Automotive and Marketing agency environment I know quite well how (efficient and straightforward vs. non-efficient and messy) project work functions in the classical and new world. In times where the work environment is highly complex and unpredictable I am aware of the increasing pressure and mental stress employees are exposed to on a daily basis (I’ve been right there). What helped me to develop resilience were solid self-care and mindfulness practices which not only had a huge impact on my own wellbeing but also on the role I had in a team through enhanced self-awareness. In addition I have equipped myself with many genius—grade productivity tools for working more structured, focused and creative that allowed me to fully embrace my work-life balance without sacrificing my business results. Having a business coach and mentor helped my break-through to a healthy and successful life and totally overrode my „I can do that all on my own“ mentality and limiting beliefs. I am deeply grateful for that life-changing experience that challenged my thinking, helped me eliminate the mental and energetical blockers and made me become the expert of my own life.

My vision now is to share my own experiences and learnings with teams in the corporate environment and supporting employees and leaders to unlock their potential and move forward at a faster pace. And I wish for the business world to evolve in that the work with a coach or productivity expert happens not only in the context of scarcity or underperformance but is seen as an opportunity for progression and growth in this age of overwhelming velocity and complexity.

Mindfulness means being awake. It means knowing what you are doing.
– Jon Rabatt-Zinn.

I strongly believe that mindfulness is the gateway to focus, motivation and happiness. Further I believe that what matters in this time of heightened velocity and complexity is not only to know-how but knowing the why behind the how.
